DELIVERY

PLEASE READ ALL DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. BY PURCHASING FROM YUNG GARDEN YOU THEREBY AGREE TO OUR DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW.

1.The service scope of the online store only includes delivery within Hong Kong. If people from outside Hong Kong are interested in bespoke services overseas, please email us for enquiries.

2.Enjoy free delivery to local residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong when you spend over HK$600. If the purchase is less than HK$600, we will charge HK$150 for standard delivery within our delivery time slot.
If you require your product(s) within a specific time, there will be HK$250 specific delivery charge for all orders. Remember to remark the time you like after adding the extra fee.

3.We currently do not provide delivery to the following areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island and outlying islands.

4.Our product will be delivery by our driver, if there is entrance fee at the nearest parking lot at the delivery location, please pay the extra fee directly to the driver when receiving the goods.

5.We do deliveries between the time slot of 9am-1pm and 1pm-6pm. We will attempt delivery and if you are not in, we will call you on the number provided at checkout. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place.

As some products contain fresh food which are required to be chilled. If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please notify your recipient & schedule the delivery based on their availability to receive the order. This is a perishable item and cannot be returned to our HQ. Yung Garden is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Therefore, please make sure to be readily available to receive the product. 

6.There will be different delivery charge for special cases like multi delivery/ bulk orders/bespoke event set up. 

7. Self pick up unavailable.
