How do I place an order?

How much notices do you need for bookings?

Two days notice for normal orders, longer notice for some special product or bespoke project. We will show the avaliable delivery schedule when you shopping online.

We can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders or same day delivery so please send us an email by info@yunggarden.com or WhatsApp: +852 62041192 and we'll see what we could do in different case.

How long will my product last? 

The information is included on each product page. We recommend to enjoy the food product at the day receiving within 24 hours. The floral product approximately last around 5-7 days, some species last longer (e.g. orchid), If you have any other questions about it, welcome to reach out our team.

 

Can I put my food product in the fridge? 

For the platters and cheese boxes, yes. The size of all our packaging boxes can easily fit in the fridge. We recommend serving within 24 hours after received. It is best to leave the board wrapped and refrigerated to preserve freshness.

 

I would like to order platter box and flower arrangement, what if I am not in but it gets delivered?

The recipient must be available to receive the order. Our food products are made fresh daily and are very delicate. We do deliveries between the time slot of 9am-1pm and 1pm-6pm. We will attempt delivery and if you are not in we will call you on the number provided at checkout and If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place.

As the boxes may contain meats and cheese which by law are required to be chilled. All the fresh food product cannot be couriered back to HQ. Yung Garden is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Therefore, please make sure to be readily available to receive the product. 

If you require specific time delivery desperately then please add specific time delivery to your shopping cart and it will charge HK$200 for the guarantee. Every note of delivery time requirement without extra payment, we are not guarantee but we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

Can I collect the product by myself?

Our HQ is not open for public, self pick up is unavailable.

 

How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies? 

Please note that our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to deal with it, however there is a high risk of cross contamination. A reminder that most vegan cheeses are made from a nut-base, typically cashew.  Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies in the form at checkout. We are happy to accommodate requests and get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Do you cater for vegetarians/vegans?

Absolutely, we have products for vegetarians and vegan. Please browse our shop page for more information.

 

Does a wooden board come with my food order?

All platter come on a disposable/ reusable square or rectangular wood board. We cover the board in food-safe parchment paper. 1-5 people cheese boxes only cover with food-safe parchment paper without wooden board.

 

Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?

We only deliver our fresh food and floral product in Hong Kong at the moment. If there is any bespoke event or gifting service requirement outside Hong Kong, please contact us by email.

 

Do you create bespoke grazing displays or floral arrangements for small and large events? 

Yes! We love bespoke project. We enjoy starting from concept and working closely with our customers and create unique and delightful experience.
